The house has an open-air kitchen next to a communal living room, featuring an amazing ocean view. An exterior lounging area is also connected to the living space.
These units would house our resident artists during their prolonged stay on the property. The kitchen and the laundry facility would be fully functional for the guest to be autonomous during their stay. The house would only need minor renovation to modernize its look.
