The building is equipped with a commercial kitchen, including a 6-burner commercial stove, flat-top griddle and salamander, double ovens, fridge, and 3 sink washing station. Next to the kitchen in an open-air concept is the large dining hall with dining table for groups and a panoramic view of the mountains and ocean. The communal space is completed with a cozy living, a fireplace, a 2-piece bathroom and a huge Oceanview deck.

This space would be converted to a high-end farm to table experience restaurant complimenting the stay of each guest. The deck would be utilized as an outdoor seating area but also as an exterior activity space for yoga, meditation etc...
